Donna Misterly is an industry consultant with 36 years of experience specializing in project management, process reengineering, operations management, contract negotiation and administration in technology management, operations and sales management, and administrative management in a variety of roles within the areas of Human Resources and mortgage lending operations of nationwide corporations.  

Roles have ranged from internal to external consultant for various banking and HR industry clients including National Housing Services of America, City National Bank, Mitchell Clark Solutions, Washington Mutual Bank, Home Savings of America, First Interstate Bank, and various financial services corporations. Project management services provided for Home Savings of America, a $56 billion financial services corporation prior to merger with Washington Mutual Bank, included reengineering for internal programs, development and implementation of multiple department policies and procedures including human resources, management of data security and quality control for internal computer systems, computer vendor selection and system implementation; integration team manager for corporate mergers of technology systems among other positions. 

Ms. Misterly earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Management and Computer Systems from Pacific Western College in1989 along with Professional Designations from UCLA in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Systems Management, and Systems Analysis during 1986-1988. 

Ms. Misterly has held positions at Washington Mutual as VP and Manager of National Lending Operations and Project Support serving 25 mortgage lending centers; held a variety of positions as a VP during 10 years with Home Savings of America including, Mortgage Banking Sales Project Manager, Senior Manager of Project Administration for both Residential and Consumer Lending Divisions, Manager of Data Security and Quality Control, Manager of Contracts Administration (managing 700 individual technology contracts); while at First Interstate Bank served as Sr. Project Manager for Project Management Division, Project Manager for Financial Branch Operations Projects, Project Manager for Information Systems Support, and support in the areas of HR systems, grievance/compliance and various government compliance programs.
