Mitchell Miner is a seasoned human resources executive with over 20 years leadership and staffing experience. He served a variety of roles in large, mid-size and start-up companies in the biotech, telecommunications, technology, banking, healthcare, security and retail industries.

Prior to co-founding Mitchell Clark Solutions, Mitchell gained other valuable insight and experience as vice president of human resources for BioHatch, a life sciences incubator; as a director of human resources and administration for San Francisco-based NorthPoint Communications, an international broadband solutions provider; director of human resources and facilities for PlayNet Technologies, an Internet-based video gaming company; and as director of human resources for Health Systems Design, a healthcare software development company.

His tenure at NorthPoint illustrates his accomplished expertise. Joining the company as the initial senior human resources officer, Mitchell established a proactive human resources organization; led the company’s extensive recruitment efforts; implemented high-caliber compensation, incentive stock, bonus and benefit programs; and executed office buildouts across the nation. As NorthPoint expanded its network internationally, he managed the company’s rapid staff growth and helped guide the company from its beginnings as a small start-up with 30 employees to an international premier broadband provider with more than 1,500 employees.

Mitch earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from California State University-Chico and is a graduate of such quality executive education programs at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler School of Business.

He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM); Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA); the Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA); the Palm Springs and Palm Desert chambers of commerce and the Desert Business Association.

While no longer an executive with Mitchell Clark Solutions, Inc. Mr. Miner remains an active participant in the direction of the company as a board member.
