Kathleen Imhoff, is President of CREATE Technology Village Corporation, a private enterprise vehicle to implement US trade expansion into emerging economies. CREATE is building technology villages of excellence in developing markets to house US business expansions. Kathleen has a collaborative leadership skill and is recognized in the Bay Area for facilitating the development and launch of economically driven life science incubators, she is cofounder of Pacific BioFacilities, cofounder of the Bay Area Biotechnology Consortium (developed to market, internationally, access to the US life sciences), and has directed the largest public private partnership project in the US that was completed entirely with private funds.

Kathleen has been a consultant to government, industry and universities for real estate developments and incubator initiatives. Kathleen is a member of the Women’s Technology Cluster Advisory Board, and on the Board of Directors of Mitchell Clark Solutions. Kathleen is a devoted wife and mother, grows orchids, and lives with her husband in El Cerrito.
