Our Story
 

Kathy Clark is a leading Human Resources Executive with more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management. Ms. Clark has created, implemented and directed Employee Benefits nationwide for 35 business units working with both employees and service providers for 7,000 employees and an annual budget of $20 million while with Warner Music Group.

Ms. Clark established Clark Consulting, specializing in employee benefits, policies and procedures, job descriptions, employee handbooks and other aspects of human resources management; both on a consulting basis for program development and refinement as well as providing hands-on interim management during periods of critical company needs. Prior to founding Clark Consulting in April 1999, Ms. Clark was Director of Employee Benefits for Warner Music Group, Inc. a leader in music entertainment, a division of Time Warner Inc.

In November 2002 Ms. Clark founded Mitchell Clark Solutions, Inc., a company that focuses on employee benefit communications, specializing in Total Compensation Statements.

She is affiliated with the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA), Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, is a member of the California Chamber of Commerce and Domestic Violence Education and Services in Big Bear Lake (DOVES).

Ms. Clark is currently President of the National Association of Women’s Business Owners (NAWBO-IE) for 2007-2008, Inland Empire Chapter.

Ms. Clark is a 2003 graduate of Leadership California. Ms. Clark graduated from UCLA with a Professional Designation in Human Resources Management and has attended, and continues to attend, numerous professional seminars and industry updates.
